As a BIM Modeller, you will be an integral part of the project lifecycle, from initial conceptual design and detailed engineering through to construction documentation, facilities management, and project handover. Your primary focus will be developing, managing, and maintaining highly accurate Building Information Models using industry-leading software such as Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, and MEP). You will conduct thorough interdisciplinary coordination, execute clash detection analyses using Navisworks, and generate comprehensive construction documentation and shop drawings. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with senior engineers, architects, external consultants, and project managers to ensure design intent is flawlessly executed on site.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed BIM models (Architectural/Structural/MEP) using Autodesk Revit.
- Ensure all models adhere to company and project BIM standards, protocols, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
- Perform regular clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination using Navisworks or similar software.
- Extract and generate accurate 2D drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation directly from the BIM model.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, schedules, and material lists from the model.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and external consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure design intent.
- Assist in the implementation of BIM workflows and support junior team members.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical input on BIM-related matters.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Modeller in a consultancy or contracting firm.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, and/or MEP) is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and drafting standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines effectively.
