- Create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for construction projects
- Prepare accurate shop drawings for regulatory submissions and construction implementation

- Perform quality assurance checks on BIM models against industry standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling or similar role
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes
- Detail-oriented with ability to produce accurate technical documentation
