Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 3D BIM models for construction projects using industry-standard software
- Develop and maintain accurate building information models throughout all project phases
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy
- Perform clash detection and coordination between different building systems
- Generate construction documentation including shop drawings and material takeoffs
- Implement BIM standards and best practices across projects
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
- Participate in project reviews and provide technical expertise on BIM-related matters
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in BIM modeling for construction projects
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of construction processes and building systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex technical information
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
