Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 3D BIM models and technical drawings using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated construction documentation
- Perform clash detection and model coordination to prevent design conflicts
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycle phases
- Generate construction drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical solutions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and drafting
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software tools
- Strong understanding of construction processes and building systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
