We are seeking a skilled and creative BIM Modeller to join the dynamic team at Attika Interior + Mep. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating accurate and innovative BIM models specifically tailored for complex interior fit-out works. You will play a key part in the digital transformation of our design process, ensuring that every model is not only visually impressive but also technically precise and fully coordinated.
As a BIM Modeller, you will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of all building systems. Your expertise will be critical in identifying potential clashes early in the design phase and producing high-quality documentation that meets both client expectations and regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for interior fit-out scopes of work.
- Conduct regular clash detection and resolution to ensure design integrity and constructability.
- Prepare and maintain accurate construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants to ensure system integration.
- Ensure all models and documentation comply with local building codes and company standards.
- Assist in the generation of visualizations and renderings for client presentations.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical support to the project team.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in BIM modelling, specifically within the interior fit-out or construction industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is highly desirable.
- Excellent understanding of BIM execution plans (BEP) and coordination processes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
