You'll drive digital transformation by creating, updating, and refining Building Information Models (BIM) throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires technical expertise in 3D modeling and coordination to ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve clashes, maintain model accuracy, and deliver constructible documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Perform clash detection and coordination between building systems
- Update and revise BIM models throughout project lifecycle (design to construction)
- Generate construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and reports
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and protocols
- Integrate BIM models with project management systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks)
- Minimum 2 years of BIM modeling experience in construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation
- Certification in BIM Management or related discipline preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and spatial visualization skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
