We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller (ACMV) to join our dynamic engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to create precise 3D models for Air Conditioning, Mechanical, and Ventilation (ACMV) systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for ACMV systems, including air handling units, ductwork, and ventilation components, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with structural and electrical engineers to resolve design conflicts and optimize system layouts.
- Generate accurate fabrication and erection drawings, equipment schedules, and material take-offs from BIM models for construction purposes.
- Conduct regular model reviews to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant building codes and local regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and presentations for clients and project stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced software tools, such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, to streamline the design process and improve workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, specifically within the ACMV or HVAC sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, including a strong understanding of families, parameters, and templates.
- Familiarity with industry-standard BIM protocols and project management software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative engineering environment.
