StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Modeller (ACMV) to join our dynamic engineering team in the Central Region. As a BIM Modeller specializing in ACMV, you will play a key role in the digital design and coordination of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems for various building projects. You will be responsible for creating precise 3D models using Revit, performing clash detection with Navisworks, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will ensure that our models meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for ACMV systems using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure clash-free and integrated designs.
- Perform clash detection analysis using Navisworks and propose resolutions for interferences.
- Produce and update shop drawings, construction documents, and as-built records based on model revisions.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols.
- Assist in quantity take-offs, material scheduling, and cost estimation from BIM models.
- Liaise with engineers, consultants, and contractors to support project delivery and site coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeller with a focus on ACMV/HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP), AutoCAD, and Navisworks is mandatory.
- Sound knowledge of ACMV principles, ductwork design, and piping systems.
- Familiarity with Singapore building codes and authorities requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
