Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain highly detailed ACMV BIM models and shop drawings in accordance with project requirements.
- Conduct thorough clash detection and coordination reviews to identify and resolve design conflicts proactively.
- Ensure all BIM submissions align with regulatory standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate closely with project engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless site implementation.
- Prepare accurate as-built drawings upon project completion, ensuring all modifications are reflected precisely.
- Attend project coordination meetings to provide technical insights and updates on modeling progress.
- Maintain and update the BIM library and project documentation to ensure data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related Building Construction discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in BIM modelling specifically for ACMV/MEP systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is strictly required.
- Strong working knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and submission requirements.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting design clashes.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within multi-disciplinary project teams.
