Are you a detail-oriented BIM professional with a passion for mechanical engineering? Ideals Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join our dynamic team in the West Region. In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful delivery of complex construction projects by bridging the gap between design and physical installation.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end BIM process for ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems. You will collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and site teams to resolve design conflicts before they reach the construction phase. Your expertise will ensure high-quality, accurate submissions that meet international standards and project specifications, ultimately driving efficiency and minimizing rework on site.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and coordinate detailed ACMV BIM models and 2D shop drawings for complex building projects.
- Perform regular clash detection analysis to identify and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts prior to site installation.
- Prepare comprehensive submission packages, including layout drawings, sections, and elevations.
- Generate accurate 'As-Built' drawings upon project completion to reflect final site conditions.
- Coordinate closely with internal engineering teams and external consultants to ensure design compliance.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all BIM models remain updated throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Support project teams by providing technical BIM insights during site meetings and design reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in BIM modelling, specifically within the ACMV or HVAC sector.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is essential.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, authorities' regulations, and construction standards.
- Ability to interpret complex M&E and architectural drawings accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and spatial coordination.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
