DJ Engineering and Construction is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller (Architecture) to join our dynamic design team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle of complex construction projects, translating architectural concepts into highly precise 3D models.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain high-quality 3D architectural and structural BIM models using Revit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to identify and resolve design clashes before construction begins.
- Produce accurate technical drawings, construction documentation, and BOQ schedules from BIM models.
- Ensure project deliverables comply with Singapore's BCA BIM submission standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular model audits to ensure data integrity and geometric accuracy throughout the design phases.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and visualization assets for stakeholder reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and software updates to optimize internal workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM modelling for architectural or structural projects in Singapore.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is essential; experience with AutoCAD and BIM 360 is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction detailing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with external consultants and contractors.
- BIM coordination experience and familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
