Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain precise 3D BIM models based on architectural, structural, and MEP design specifications.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and project managers to resolve design conflicts during the modeling process.
- Ensure that all models adhere to BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
- Extract and generate detailed 2D documentation, sections, and schedules from 3D models.
- Participate in regular technical training workshops as part of the 26-month CAP curriculum.
- Update and maintain model data throughout the project lifecycle to support coordination meetings.
- Assist in the review of construction drawings to ensure alignment with digital models.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital engineering, 3D modeling, and construction technology.
- Possess a proactive learning mindset and the ability to commit to a 26-month structured training programme.
- Proficiency in basic CAD software is highly advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong spatial visualization skills.
- Effective communication skills to work within a multidisciplinary project team.
- Must be based in Singapore or possess the right to work in Singapore.
