Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review detailed 2D drafting drawings and 3D BIM models for HDB and BTO residential developments.
- Ensure all technical drawings strictly adhere to Singapore’s local building codes and HDB guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design issues efficiently.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material analysis to support project budgeting and planning.
- Revise and update project documentation based on client feedback and site conditions.
- Maintain version control and organize digital drawing libraries for easy access.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling or architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
- Strong understanding of local construction standards, including the Building Control Act.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a 5.5-day work week.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
