JC Packer's System Pte Ltd is seeking a talented BIM Modeller/Drafter to join our dynamic team in Kampong Ubi. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between innovative design concepts and precise construction execution.
You will be responsible for translating complex custom cabinetry and interior joinery designs into highly accurate BIM models and technical shop drawings. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-end interior projects, collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and our production floor to ensure seamless fit-out delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models and 2D shop drawings for custom cabinetry and interior joinery projects.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to resolve technical clashes and design conflicts before fabrication.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with project specifications, architectural standards, and local building codes.
- Prepare comprehensive material take-offs and cutting lists for the manufacturing facility.
- Assist in the review and interpretation of architectural drawings to ensure accurate site installation.
- Maintain an organized digital library of standard details and parametric components.
- Participate in project coordination meetings to provide technical insights regarding model viability.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BIM modelling or technical drafting within the interior fit-out or cabinetry industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong understanding of joinery techniques, construction materials, and assembly methods.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and construction drawing sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
