Join Our Team as a BIM Modeller (Electrical)
SVP Integrated Engineering is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller (Electrical) to support our engineering projects in Bishan, Central Region. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models for electrical systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration with other disciplines. You will collaborate closely with engineers and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality, clash-free designs that meet project specifications and industry standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create, develop, and maintain detailed BIM models for electrical systems using Revit and other BIM software.
- Ensure all models comply with project specifications, industry standards, and company quality procedures.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate designs and resolve clashes.
- Produce accurate 2D drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
- Perform regular model audits and updates to reflect design changes and revisions.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of BIM execution plans and standards.
- Support the team with quantity take-offs and material scheduling from models.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling for electrical systems in construction or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD is required; knowledge of Navisworks is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and installation practices.
- Familiarity with BIM standards (e.g., SS 553, ISO 19650) and clash detection workflows.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate across disciplines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Relevant BIM certification (e.g., BCA Academy) is a plus but not mandatory.
