Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 3D BIM models for HDB/BTO projects according to industry standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model consistency
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts to prevent construction issues
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and documentation
- Integrate architectural, structural, and MEP systems into unified models
- Optimize construction processes through digital modeling simulations
- Stay current with BIM technologies and Singapore's housing regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of BIM modeling experience in construction
- Proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar BIM software
- Familiarity with HDB/BTO project requirements and Singapore building codes
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and coordination
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
