Join our dynamic High-Rise & Complex Buildings team as a BIM Modeller and become the digital backbone of transformative architectural projects. You'll be instrumental in creating and managing sophisticated Building Information Models (BIM) that drive multi-disciplinary project delivery from conception to completion. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP specialists to ensure seamless integration of complex building systems while maintaining precision in digital representations. Your expertise will directly contribute to optimizing construction processes, reducing errors, and enhancing project efficiency through advanced 3D modeling and coordination. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional passionate about leveraging BIM technologies to shape Malaysia's evolving skyline.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for high-rise and complex building projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models to detect and resolve clashes between structural, architectural, and MEP systems
- Implement BIM standards and protocols across project lifecycle
- Generate construction documentation including shop drawings and fabrication models
- Conduct model-based quantity takeoffs and material scheduling
- Perform 4D simulations for construction sequencing and logistics planning
- Maintain model integrity through version control and data management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of BIM modeling experience for high-rise or complex structures
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of construction processes and coordination workflows
- Certification in BIM Management or related discipline preferred
- Experience with point cloud processing and laser scanning integration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
