Rankine&Hill is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative BIM Modeller (M&E) to join our dynamic engineering team in the heart of Tanjong Pagar. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of high-profile projects, translating complex engineering concepts into precise digital models.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical services.
- Conduct clash detection analysis and coordinate with architectural and structural teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Produce accurate 2D construction documentation, shop drawings, and as-built drawings from the BIM model.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and local authority standards.
- Participate in project coordination meetings to provide technical input on M&E system layouts.
- Maintain and update the project BIM model throughout the design and construction phases.
- Utilize BIM software to track project progress and support the delivery of high-quality engineering outputs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in M&E BIM modelling within the construction or consultancy sector.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (M&E discipline) and Navisworks is essential.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and common BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of M&E building services and construction methodology.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work effectively under project timelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for multi-disciplinary collaboration.
