Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D MEP BIM models using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit or AutoCAD.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts efficiently.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, schedules, and material take-offs (MTO) for project documentation.
- Conduct regular model reviews and updates to reflect design changes and maintain data integrity.
- Assist in the implementation and adherence of company BIM standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure model accuracy aligns with project specifications and building codes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP) Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in BIM software, with specific experience in Revit MEP preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in MEP modeling and coordination.
- Sound understanding of construction documentation, fabrication, and installation processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight project deadlines.
