We are currently seeking a motivated BIM Modeller to join our North / West team, ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology and construction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design coordination
- Perform clash detection analysis and resolve design conflicts
- Generate construction drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models
- Support the project team with BIM-related technical queries and assistance
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to design reviews
- Adhere to company standards and BIM protocols
- Continuously learn and apply new BIM techniques and software tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic understanding of BIM concepts and 3D modeling principles
- Familiarity with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or Navisworks (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Eagerness to develop a career in the digital construction field
- Eligibility to work in Singapore
