Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision engineering and Building Information Modelling (BIM)? We are currently seeking a skilled BIM Modeller specializing in Plumbing & Sanitary systems to join our project team in the North Region. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality, constructible models that ensure seamless site execution and system efficiency.
As our BIM Modeller, you will work closely with lead engineers and project managers to translate complex sanitary and plumbing designs into accurate 3D models. You will be responsible for resolving design clashes, ensuring compliance with local building codes, and maintaining project documentation standards. We offer a collaborative work environment where your technical expertise will directly influence the success of large-scale development projects.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for plumbing and sanitary building services.
- Perform clash detection and coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP trades.
- Prepare accurate shop drawings, piping layouts, and isometric details for site installation.
- Ensure all models comply with project specifications and local regulatory requirements.
- Attend technical coordination meetings to resolve site-related design issues.
- Maintain and update BIM libraries and standard component families.
- Assist in the generation of material take-offs and quantity surveying reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling for Plumbing and Sanitary systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of local code of practice for sanitary and plumbing systems (e.g., SS 636).
- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Ability to interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under project deadlines.
