Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain high-quality 3D BIM models using industry-standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity.
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts within the model to prevent construction issues.
- Generate 2D drawings, sections, elevations, and construction documentation from the 3D models.
- Assist in the management of BIM coordination meetings and document distribution.
- Ensure all models comply with relevant industry standards and project specifications.
- Stay updated on the latest BIM trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong spatial awareness and the ability to visualize complex structures in 3D.
- Familiarity with BIM principles, Revit, and AutoCAD (prior experience is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning.
