As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for translating engineering concepts into precise 3D digital representations. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within the broader project design. Your expertise in Revit will be central to creating accurate models, while your proficiency in Navisworks will allow you to conduct thorough clash detection and coordination reviews. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage accurate 3D BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems using Revit.
- Perform clash detection and coordination analysis using Navisworks to resolve design conflicts before construction.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project integration.
- Prepare and update detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct model reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity and design accuracy.
- Assist in the creation of fabrication drawings and equipment schedules as required by the project team.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Mechanical or MEP template experience preferred).
- Experience with Navisworks Manage or Simulate for coordination and clash detection.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of BIM execution plans (BEP) and project standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
