Join our prestigious joint venture as a BIM Operator (MEP) and become a key player in transforming construction through digital innovation. We're seeking a skilled professional to develop and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. In this critical role, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP designs with architectural and structural elements. You'll leverage cutting-edge BIM technologies to create accurate 3D models, conduct clash detection, and optimize building performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Create and maintain detailed MEP BIM models using industry-standard software
- Perform clash detection and coordination between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Generate construction documentation including shop drawings and coordination reports
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design conflicts
- Implement BIM standards and best practices across project lifecycle
- Analyze energy efficiency and spatial requirements for MEP systems
- Support project teams with real-time BIM modeling solutions during construction phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of MEP BIM modeling experience in construction projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of MEP systems integration and building codes
- Certification in BIM management or related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and spatial visualization abilities
- Experience with clash detection software (e.g., Solibri)
- Knowledge of Philippine construction standards and regulations
