Tanggung Jawab
- Create and maintain detailed BIM models using Revit software for architectural projects
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and integration
- Generate construction documentation including plans, elevations, and schedules
- Perform clash detection and resolution to prevent construction conflicts
- Develop BIM standards and best practices for project delivery
- Analyze design requirements and provide BIM-based solutions
- Maintain project documentation and quality control standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience with Revit and BIM modeling software
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction processes
- Proficiency in clash detection and coordination tools
- Experience with BIM standards (ISO 19650) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in global team environments
- Portfolio demonstrating BIM project experience required
