Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage comprehensive BIM models for rail infrastructure projects using Revit and other industry-standard software
- Perform clash detection, coordination, and model optimization to prevent construction conflicts
- Create BIM execution plans and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards
- Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and visualizations from 3D models for stakeholder presentations
- Integrate data from multiple disciplines (structural, MEP, architectural) into unified models
- Train project teams on BIM workflows and best practices
- Monitor model health and maintain digital asset repositories
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of BIM experience in infrastructure or rail projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/CDE platforms
- Certification in BIM management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and design coordination
- Experience with clash detection and model-based quantity takeoffs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
