Join VIATechnik Inc.'s dynamic engineering team as a BIM Specialist (Electrical) and transform complex technical designs into intelligent digital models. This pivotal role requires you to convert construction drawings and point cloud data into detailed Revit models while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. You'll drive project efficiency by coordinating clash detection across MEP systems, preparing comprehensive RFIs to resolve design ambiguities, and conducting rigorous plan reviews to maintain quality control. Your expertise will directly impact project timelines and deliverables, making you a key contributor to our infrastructure projects across the Philippines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Convert technical drawings and point cloud data into accurate Revit models for electrical systems
- Execute clash coordination between electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFIs) to address design inconsistencies
- Review engineering plans for compliance with codes and project requirements
- Implement BIM standards and protocols for model quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design conflicts
- Document and maintain model versions throughout project lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling with Revit MEP (electrical focus)
- Proficiency in point cloud processing and clash detection software
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction standards
- Experience preparing RFIs and technical documentation
- Certification in Autodesk Revit or BIM management preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
