Are you a detail-oriented MEP professional passionate about digital construction? VIATechnik Inc. is looking for a skilled BIM Specialist (MEP) to join our dynamic team in Makati. In this role, you will be the backbone of our MEP coordination efforts, leveraging Revit and Navisworks to bring high-stakes projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are seamlessly integrated. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update high-fidelity 3D MEP models using Autodesk Revit.
- Perform comprehensive clash detection and mitigation coordination using Navisworks Manage.
- Review project documentation and construction plans to ensure design intent is captured accurately.
- Generate shop drawings, fabrication models, and installation layouts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Provide technical support to field teams regarding model data interpretation and on-site implementation.
- Ensure project deliverables adhere to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company quality standards.
- Participate in coordination meetings with stakeholders to resolve design conflicts efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM/VDC roles with a strong focus on MEP systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage is essential.
- Solid understanding of international building codes, construction documentation, and MEP trade standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive coordination tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective project reporting.
- Experience in international project workflows is highly preferred.
