Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage accurate 3D BIM models with a specific focus on MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Structural) disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to ensure seamless integration between different building systems.
- Prepare high-quality technical drawings, schedules, and reports derived from BIM models for project stakeholders.
- Maintain and update BIM project documentation throughout the design and construction phases.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to troubleshoot design issues and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM execution plans, and local building codes.
- Attend project coordination meetings to provide technical insights and updates on modeling progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in BIM modeling, specifically within the MEPFS domain.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and engineering design principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical details clearly.
- Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO 19650) is an advantage.
