Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of BIM modelers to produce high-quality MEPFS models.
- Oversee the end-to-end BIM implementation process for various engineering projects.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure models comply with LOD standards and internal project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and structural engineers to resolve clashes and design conflicts.
- Manage project documentation, including model updates, revisions, and status reports.
- Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEP) and standardize drafting procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, software, and industry best practices to improve team efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in BIM modeling specifically within MEPFS systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/Construction Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Philippine construction standards and building codes.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage workloads and train junior staff.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially in clash detection and spatial coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
