Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in daily manufacturing and production line activities to ensure operational continuity.
- Assist in the monitoring of process equipment and recording of production data according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Support the logistics and supply chain team in inventory tracking, material handling, and warehouse operations.
- Strictly adhere to all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Conduct routine quality checks and assist in reporting anomalies to senior supervisors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and workflow optimizations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records for all assigned production batches.
Kualifikasi
- Recent graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and technical accuracy.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to shift-based production schedules.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a highly regulated and technical manufacturing environment.
