Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Shift Leader in daily plant operations and production monitoring.
- Ensure all processes adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Monitor machinery and equipment functionality to prevent downtime.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on biodiesel production batches.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Participate actively in shift handovers and team briefings.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (D3/S1).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the biofuel or oil & gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of process operations and quality control systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to a high-pressure industrial environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong teamwork mentality.
- Familiarity with Industrial Safety (K3) regulations is highly preferred.
