Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct the daily operations of the biologics manufacturing unit, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and within budget.
- Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and relevant local regulatory requirements.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor quality control procedures and review batch records to ensure product integrity, stability, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Quality Assurance, to optimize production workflows and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Implement and maintain robust safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free working environment for all employees.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related Life Sciences field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or technical role within the biologics or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, cGMP regulations, and quality management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict schedules and deadlines in a manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing facility with strict hygiene and safety protocols.
