Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging biology curriculum aligned with national educational standards
- Deliver interactive lessons using multimedia resources and laboratory experiments
- Assess student progress through examinations, projects, and practical evaluations
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages scientific curiosity and critical thinking
- Collaborate with teaching colleagues to enhance educational methodologies and resources
- Organize science fairs, field trips, and extracurricular biology activities
- Maintain accurate student records and provide constructive feedback to parents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or Education with Biology specialization
- Valid teaching certification (Sertifikasi Pendidik) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in secondary education
- Strong knowledge of biology curriculum and laboratory techniques
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools
- Passion for science education and commitment to student development
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
