Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Biology or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience at higher education level
- Strong background in molecular biology or ecology specialization
- Research experience with peer-reviewed publications
- Proficiency in modern laboratory techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license
- Experience with curriculum design and accreditation processes
