Tanggung Jawab
- Develop yearly and semester biology lesson plans aligned with established curriculum standards
- Deliver engaging lectures, laboratory activities, and field experiences
- Assess student performance through examinations, projects, and continuous evaluation
- Monitor curriculum implementation effectiveness and adjust teaching methodologies
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
- Collaborate with science department colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events
- Stay current with educational technology and biology research advancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or related scientific field
- Teaching certification or license
- Minimum 2 years of secondary school teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of biology curriculum and laboratory techniques
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
