Your primary mission will be to ensure that all biomedical devices—from patient monitoring systems and infusion pumps to diagnostic imaging equipment—are seamlessly integrated into our hospital's IT network. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of medical data and ensuring that critical devices communicate effectively with hospital systems. By troubleshooting connectivity issues and maintaining device configurations, you will directly contribute to patient safety and the smooth delivery of healthcare services. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot biomedical equipment to ensure seamless connectivity with the hospital's IT network.
- Maintain and calibrate medical devices to comply with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to diagnose technical issues and provide efficient IT support for medical equipment.
- Perform regular audits of the IT infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and ensure data integrity.
- Ensure all medical devices are properly integrated with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and electronic health records.
- Document device configurations, maintenance logs, and software updates for compliance and troubleshooting purposes.
- Respond promptly to service requests and incidents related to biomedical IT systems to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in hospital IT support, biomedical engineering, or technical support within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, wireless communication, and medical device connectivity standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Knowledge of HL7, DICOM, or other relevant healthcare communication standards is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with medical professionals and technical teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by hospital operations.
