Beaumedic Aesthetic, a leader in medical aesthetic technology, is seeking a motivated Biomedical Service Engineer Intern to join our team in Petaling Jaya. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing state-of-the-art aesthetic devices used in clinics and hospitals across Malaysia.
As a Biomedical Service Engineer Intern, you will assist our senior engineers with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of equipment. You will learn to calibrate devices, manage service reports, and provide technical support to clients. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields who are passionate about healthcare technology and customer service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of medical aesthetic equipment at client sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, coordinating with senior engineers for complex repairs.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and inventory records.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new product technologies and industry standards.
- Assist in stock management of spare parts and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of medical device regulations and safety standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.
- Willingness to travel within the Klang Valley for service assignments.
- Prior internship or project experience with medical equipment is a plus.
