Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and validate statistical analysis plans (SAPs) for clinical research studies.
- Perform comprehensive data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis using statistical software (SAS/R).
- Collaborate with medical writers and clinical teams to produce accurate Clinical Study Reports (CSRs).
- Ensure all statistical outputs comply with regulatory standards and internal quality procedures.
- Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, outliers, and key clinical findings.
- Participate in project meetings to provide statistical expertise and data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all programming code and analytical processes.
- Support ongoing process improvements within the biostatistics department to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of statistical methodologies and experimental design.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages, specifically SAS or R.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets under tight deadlines.
- Experience or strong academic interest in clinical research or pharmaceutical data.
