Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for biotech products in the Jakarta market
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with healthcare providers and research institutions
- Present product demonstrations and technical specifications to key stakeholders
- Achieve quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to optimize product positioning
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical devices
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of biotechnology products and healthcare market dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales methodologies
- Valid Indonesian driver's license for client visits
