Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolutions to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet client goals (blended account).
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM and internal systems.
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Sales Conversion.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and customer experience.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, data privacy guidelines, and client protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to develop product knowledge and soft skills.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School (SHS) Graduate; Associate or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • At least 6 months of BPO or Customer Service experience preferred, but college graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Basic proficiency in computer navigation and typing; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing processes.
