Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolutions to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet client goals (blended account).
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM and internal systems.
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Sales Conversion.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and customer experience.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, data privacy guidelines, and client protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to develop product knowledge and soft skills.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School (SHS) Graduate; Associate or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- At least 6 months of BPO or Customer Service experience preferred, but college graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Must be amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer navigation and typing; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing processes.
