Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned blocks or areas according to established standards
- Perform regular cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling practices are followed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on duty
- Sign in and out accurately as per site requirements
- Work collaboratively with other cleaning staff to maintain efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles is preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
