We are currently seeking a reliable and diligent Block Cleaner to join our team at the prestigious Martin Modern residential development in Singapore. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the common areas, ensuring a high-quality living environment for our residents.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, possesses excellent attention to detail, and is physically fit to handle daily cleaning tasks across residential blocks. You will be provided with a company uniform and will work in a professional team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for consistent part-time work in a well-managed residential setting.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of lift lobbies, staircases, and corridors in assigned blocks.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize common area flooring to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Ensure windows, glass panels, and mirrors in common areas are streak-free and clean.
- Wipe down railings, door handles, and switch plates to sanitize high-touch surfaces.
- Collect and dispose of waste from designated bin centers, ensuring proper segregation.
- Report any facility maintenance issues or safety hazards to the site supervisor immediately.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order after each shift.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, or facilities maintenance is highly preferred.
- Able to commit to full-day shifts as required by the site schedule.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks throughout the shift.
- Professional demeanor with a neat and tidy appearance (natural hair color).
- Must be able to follow strict grooming and uniform standards (dark long pants and covered shoes required).
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable communicating in basic English or relevant local languages.
