We are seeking a diligent and reliable Block Cleaner to join our team at the prestigious Pullman Residence in Newton. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene expected at a premium residential property. You will be responsible for ensuring common areas, corridors, and exterior blocks remain spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all residents.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, hallways, and lobbies within the assigned blocks.
- Ensure exterior areas and walkways are kept free of debris and litter.
- Maintain high hygiene standards by wiping down surfaces, railings, and touchpoints.
- Assist in the collection and proper disposal of refuse from designated areas.
- Monitor cleanliness levels throughout the day and take initiative to address maintenance needs.
- Report any observed damages or safety hazards to property management immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning tools and supplies are stored safely and correctly after use.

- Must be available for full-day shifts as required by the site schedule.
- Professional appearance: Neat and tidy grooming standards are strictly observed.
- Punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to attendance.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning tasks for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning services is preferred but not mandatory.
