As a Block Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the common areas, lobbies, and external blocks of the residence remain in pristine condition for all residents and guests. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of assigned blocks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, corridors, lobbies, and lift landings.
- Ensure all waste disposal areas are kept clean, odor-free, and regularly cleared.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damage discovered during cleaning rounds.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in all assigned zones.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow all residential building protocols to ensure minimal disruption to residents.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or facility maintenance is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the full day shift.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Must be able to maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as per site requirements.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemical safety and equipment handling.
- Good communication skills in English or a local language.
