Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial blocks, including corridors, lift lobbies, and staircases.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all common area floor surfaces to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Sanitizing high-touch points such as lift buttons, handrails, and door handles throughout the day.
- Clearing waste bins and ensuring the proper disposal of refuse in designated areas.
- Monitoring and reporting any maintenance issues, such as fused bulbs or water leaks, to the supervisor.
- Ensuring glass panels and mirrors in lobbies and lifts are free from fingerprints and smudges.
- Managing cleaning chemical inventory and ensuring equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be physically fit and capable of handling a full day of manual cleaning tasks.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and a reliable track record of attendance.
- Must adhere to the company's grooming standards: neat, tidy hair (natural colors) and professional attire.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following a structured cleaning schedule.
- A positive attitude and the ability to interact politely with residents and visitors.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions regarding the use of cleaning chemicals.
- Must provide own dark long pants and covered shoes for safety and uniformity.
