Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management within the industrial equipment or air movement sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of blowers, compressors, or related industrial machinery.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
