As a BMS Engineer, you will bridge the gap between mechanical, electrical, and software engineering. You will design, program, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) with a strong focus on HVAC controls, smart building integration, and mechatronic systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, program, test, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) and smart building automation controls.
- Develop detailed graphic user interfaces (GUIs), alarm configurations, and trend logs for system monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and clients to align system integration requirements.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate HVAC systems, controllers, sensors, and actuator operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, engineering drawings, control schematics, and testing reports.
- Provide on-site technical support during installation phases and coordinate with sub-contractors.
- Ensure compliance of all building automation systems with local engineering standards and safety codes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in building automation systems (BMS), DDC, or PLC programming.
- Proficiency in standard industry communication protocols, including BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
- Solid understanding of HVAC controls, electrical wiring, and mechanical system operations.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities on-site.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
