Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and commission BMS systems for new and existing commercial and industrial buildings.
- Conduct thorough site surveys and infrastructure assessments to recommend optimal control strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex system faults and perform routine maintenance to ensure continuous uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS with HVAC, fire safety, and security systems.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, and commissioning reports.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and junior engineers on system operation.
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with local safety regulations and international standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in BMS project engineering and automation.
- Certification in BMS protocols (e.g., KNX, BACnet) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, chillers, and energy management systems.
- Proficiency in BMS design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN) and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
