Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) for data center infrastructure
- Monitor and optimize HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems for peak performance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot system failures and implement corrective actions promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS with other facility systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards (ASHRAE, ISO)
- Generate technical documentation and performance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS engineering or building automation
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical controls, and data center operations
- Proficiency in BMS software (e.g., Niagara, Tridium, Siemens Desigo)
- Certification in BMS systems or building automation technologies preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex system issues
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams
